My Verdict
Overall, Spice QT-65 seems to be a decent phone. I would not say it a good deal as the price is slightly on the higher side. These days, Java and GPRS enabled phone come at a price of around
Rs. 3000. Nevertheless, you can think of it as a option if you are looking for a dual SIM
